As a multi-site church, we are blessed with broad-based leadership. The overall church leadership around Senior Pastor Friedhelm Holthuis is supported by our elected internal advisory board, an external advisory board, and the finance advisory board. Each campus is led by campus pastors.
Friedhelm Holthuis
...is married to Elke, father of three children and senior pastor of Credo Church. He is an inspiring preacher and in demand as a speaker internationally. He dreams of seeing a church in every town and village where people can meet God.
Christian Knorr
...is our "Lead Pastor". In this role, he is responsible for leading the campus pastors, among other things. He is married to Miriam and lives in Wuppertal. He loves to see people encounter God and see biographies rewritten for good.
Bob Stübner
...is the father of three children and our "Executive Pastor". Together with his wife Anke, he has been active with us for years and is on fire for the Kingdom of God to happen in this world and for lives to be changed for the good.
Anke Stübner
...is active in the overall church leadership in addition to leading our campus in W-Oberbarmen. Together with her whole family she loves to build church.
Franziska Wieser
...loves to witness how Jesus changes lives. That's why she is excited to build a church with many campuses where people meet Jesus, find their place and make a difference in their environment. As a pastor, she works in the wider church and at the Oberbarmen campus.

We have leadership teams at all locations who are responsible for the management of the respective location. You can also find the campus pastors on the campus pages.
Internal advisory board
Our internal advisory board supports, advises and oversees our overall church leadership in important decisions, keeping the entire church in mind. The advisory board does not deal with day-to-day business issues, but focuses on broader and more fundamental topics.

Advisory Boards
The external advisory board is currently a group of four recognized spiritual leaders and executives. It advises on strategic developments and visionary plans for the future and also has a supervisory function and can request further insights into all events in the church at any time. As none of them are active in our church, they are good counterparts without being biased.
Financial Advisory Board
In addition to the two other advisory boards, the Financial Advisory Board is also firmly anchored in our municipal regulations. It currently consists of three highly competent experts, advises on economic, financial, personnel and salary-related matters and must approve far-reaching management decisions.
